With a deep love for woodworking, Dale's journey began in 2002 when he was mentored by a family relative who is a seasoned Master Carpenter with over 40 years of experience. Prior to embarking on this venture, Dale spent 18 years as a Superintendent for an Industrial Construction company, managing a wide range of projects in utilities such as power plants, chemical mines, and medical facilities.
Since founding UR Cabinets CFL in 2019, Dale has been designing and building dream kitchens and bathrooms that exceed expectations. With a solid background in the industry, he strives to bring a unique and personalized touch to every project, always putting the client's vision first.
Ashley, formerly an elementary school teacher, made the decision to join the family business full-time in the summer of 2021. Her commitment and skills have proven to be a valuable asset to the company, ensuring that every client receives unparalleled service and attention to detail.
Passion runs deep in the Long family, as they share their love for woodworking and the cabinet industry with their brother Jordan Long, proud owner of the original UR Cabinets store on Kennedy Blvd. in South Tampa.
